At 22:11 on 28 May I indeffed Coder196 for repeated copyright violations at Draft:Fengqi You, the only topic that I can see that he/she showed an interest in (some edits have been oversighted). Little more that 24 hours later, Chicago20092016 created an account and went straight to the same draft. This seems completely obvious, but my judgement has already been called into question once today, so I'd be grateful if someone else would look at it and do anything that's needed.
