Merge under Module:Road data/strings submodules?

There is no particular reason that these color specifications can't be more elegantly listed in the per-country road data string modules. We should make an effort to merge this data into those string modules and convert this to a thin wrapper using Module:Road data/parser. -happy 5214 05:18, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
