It's not clear what the source for most of this information is. There are broken links to be removed in the references, such as http://www.afcea.org/events/landwarnet/08/infoexchange.asp and http://iase.disa.mil/tools/index.html Fristle (talk) 17:40, 15 April 2015 (UTC)

As of 4/24/2020, the first reference, the DISA link, is invalid. Many of the other sources were last accessed 10 years ago. Someone should validate.
