Nepal geography stubs
Howdy folks - I've been sorting these by province, and it has become painfully clear that many of the districts within those provinces need their own stub templates, if not categories. The complete list is in my sandbox; here are the logical first choices for templates and categories. The number after each district is the number of articles currently marked as stubs.

PRChina stubs & China stubs
I propose that the remaining PRChina stubs be merged or renamed into the corresponding China stubs. This would result in one simplified tree of “China” stubs paralleling the categories tree, and avoide the need to consider whether a stub should be “PRChina… “ or “China ….” At present there are “PRChina” stubs for building and structure stubs, geography stubs and transport stubs with subcategories. And while China media stubs and China sports stubs are just “China” they are confusingly subcategories of “People’s Republic of China” stubs. It appears that "PRChina-media-stub" actually generates “China media stub”. Similarly "PRChina-sport-stub" actually generates ”China sport stub” Hugo999 (talk) 11:47, 22 April 2020 (UTC)
Nepal geo-stubs
Hi all - I notice that four Nepalese geo-stub categories and templates are based around old national subdivision Zones that haven't existed since 2015. I suggest that these be smerged in with the existing (and correct) province stub types, and we see from there whether any districts have enough stubs to separate out (which is quite likely). - Hiya Grut! I'm slaving away over those at the moment and sending the outdated zone-geo-stub types to the appropriate deletion pages as they're emptied. Mind, it's mostly stub & cat sorting, so the content of the articles is still going to need updating eventually. Job security... Her Pegship (I'm listening) 04:46, 21 April 2020 (UTC)

Africa transport stubs
- I propose that the stub category Category:Africa transport stubs be made a category that can directly contain articles like all the other stub categories by continent e.g. Category:Asia transport stubs. There are a number of articles that should be in this category rather than Category:Transport stubs but do not fit into any of the subcategories (eg Ministry of Transport (Gabon) or Ministry of Works and Transport (Botswana)). I have not checked the "Transport by country" stub categories but similarly they should also directly include articles. Hugo999 (talk) 04:39, 19 April 2020 (UTC)
- The other continents contain upmerged templates which place articles in the continent category; if an upmerged template gets used on more than 60 articles it generally gets its own category. In Category:Asia transport stubs, for example, there are 13 upmerged templates for different Asian countries. That said, fellow stubbers, should we create upmerged country templates and {{Africa-transport-stub}} to parallel {{Asia-transport-stub}}? Her Pegship (I'm listening) 05:09, 19 April 2020 (UTC)
- Comment: Other African transport stubs by country (at present only Algeria, Egypt, Nigeria and South Africa) could be increased by adding say the DRCongo, Kenya, Morocco and Tanzania. Hugo999 (talk) 01:38, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
