The Common Service Book (CSB) is a worship book and hymnal used by several Lutheran denominations in North America. It was published in an edition with text only in 1917, and an edition with music, known as the Common Service Book with Hymnal in 1918.
The hymnal employed the Common Service, the first ever common liturgy for the Divine Service amongst English-speaking Lutherans in the United States and Canada.
