JAMstack (sometimes stylized as Jamstack) is a cloud-native software architecture based on client-side JavaScript, reusable APIs, and markup used to create static websites and applications.[1] It was pioneered and created by cloud computing company Netlify.[2][3]

The term JAMstack was coined by Netlify co-founder Mathias Biilmann.
