Kustaanheimo--Stiefel

With the introduction of the s parameter, such that ds and dt are related by 1/r, it is obvious that this is the Kustaanheimo--Stiefel transformation. It should be appropriate to make a mention somewhere, in case somebody wishes to read up on this.
