Refs formatting

Looks good, generally... except for the numerous refs to various pages of the same Trefethen's book. Better do it like (for example) Space (mathematics), with "Footnotes" and "References" separately. Boris Tsirelson (talk) 07:12, 18 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, excellent point, thanks for the feedback! I knew that you could cite the exact same thing multiple times non-redundantly, but I didn't know how to cite different pages from the same book without making them all different references.
