The only sources are from the company's website, and the article does not comply with NPOV. I tried salvaging it, but I think it's a lost cause. King of Scorpions 22:41, 4 February 2020 (UTC)

- Merge to Renesas Electronics per WP:PRODUCT. There is plenty of space in the company article for summary information about their various products. Some such as their RA range have received quite a bit of independent coverage (e.g. [1], [2]), but I'm not seeing enough coverage for this RX family to justify a separate article.----Pontificalibus 08:27, 5 February 2020 (UTC)
- Merge to Renesas Electronics where it is mentioned. I was unable to find much independent sourcing for this line of microcontrollers. Basic facts about the RX line are verifiable, hence a selective merge to Renesas Electronics is a reasonable alternative to deletion per our policy WP:ATD. --
