IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering is a quarterly peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the IEEE Communications Society. It covers the theory and applications of network science and networked systems. The editor-in-chief is Dapeng Oliver Wu (University of Florida)[1].

As of 2018[2], the journal has the highest impact factor among dedicated network science journals including the Journal of Complex Networks[3] and Network Science[4]. The journal is highly selective, with an acceptance rate around 10% according to the 2017 State of the Journal Editorial[5].
