History

MyOperator was started by Ankit Jain with a focus on rural voice-based infotainment mobile channels. It gained good call volume but failed to generate enough revenue. In March 2013, VoiceTree revived and MyOperator, a cloud-based call management system aimed at SMEs was launched.[1]

Awards

In 2014, NASSCOM identified VoiceTree Technologies as one of the Top 10 companies in the Emerge "League of 50" for 2014.[2]

1. Fabindia Opts for MyOperator’s Cloud-based Call Management Services -        

Leading call management system MyOperator has signed an agreement with Fabindia, India’s largest private platform for products that are made from traditional techniques, skills, and hand-based processes to enhance its customer care service for its e-commerce website. Furthering the agreement, it will be using MyOperator’s toll-free number as its first point of contact for all Fabindia customers. Fabindia foresees this association as an up-gradation of its services thereby directly impacting its sales and customer relations.

2.Mann ki Baat

Mann Ki Baat is a radio program broadcast through All India Radio during which the Prime Minister addresses the nation on a variety of subjects and matters of national relevance. We signed an agreement on September 12 with the government for Prime Minister's Mann Ki Baat. The service is now operational for the program that will be aired on September 20," MyOperator CEO and founder Ankit Jain told PTI. With this facility, people can dial a toll-free number - 1800

3. Canon India Upgrade

Building up a muscular online technical support, MyOperator partners with Canon India. The partnership aims at augmenting Canon’s employee facilities with the integration of its toll-free number into their system. As per the agreement with the leading call management system, Canon India will be using its toll-free number as a technical helpline number for its own employees.
