"one of three major global transnational municipal networks aimed at reducing urban greenhouse gas emissions" This claim is maid about CCP, and I am interested to know what the Author would contend the other two main networks are. Mostly for my own research needs, but also I think it would make the page stronger if these two other networks were mentioned. I would contend that C40 is another major network, but what is the third? sorry if this is not what this page is for or if I have terrible etiquette!
