Notability

Some people are attempting to delete this article on the theory that the topic is not notable. In the specialised area of convex hulls, however, it is quite a notable result. The paper originating it, according to Citeseer, has at least 19 citations. It's referenced at Mathworld. It's taught in computational geometry courses. I might go for a merge, if necessary, but I think the 8-page paper provides more than enough detail for a complete article, and the original author appears to be expanding the description.
