The 2019 K3 League Basic is the third season of the K3 League Basic. Eight teams compete in this league for 21 rounds. Ulsan Citizen joins the league, starting from the 2019 season.

Competition format

The 2019 season runs from March through to October. The 8 teams compete in a single division. Each team plays each other 3 rounds for a total of 21 games. After the regular season, the top two team will be directly promoted to 2020 K3 League Advance.
