I am not Islamic, but I feel as though there should be more than one verse from the Quran to support no consumption of pork. I would add on

The only things which are made unlawful for you are the flesh of dead animals, blood, pork and that which is not consecrated with the Name of God. But in an emergency, without the intention of transgression and rebellion, (it is not an offense for one to consume such things). God is certainly All-forgiving and All-merciful.[1]

In the third paragraph of the article food allergy it state early exposure may be protective. I would add what is considered as early exposure such as an allergy test.

Having an allergy test done by a professional is a way to be proactive in early exposure to allergens. Allergy test are typically performed by a specialists in form of a skin test, blood test, or an elimination test. [2]
