- Additionally, note that in the second group, Timesgroup007 was only "soft"-blocked for promotional username, so it would not necessarily be a violation of the sock puppetry policy for them to create additional accounts; however, Akashpashine was created and edited chronologically before Timesgroup007. There are a few behavioral connections between the groups, such as a shared interest in The Times Group (compare [1][2]). I am thinking WP:MEAT is a possibility in this situation.
