Delete The file is a screenshot from the animation Jin-Roh:The Wolf Brigade. However, the article already has File:Jin-Roh-The-Wolf-Brigade.jpg as a fair use file. Meanwhile, the file shows characters from the animation, yet its contextual significance is not enough for supplementing the plot.
