This page has the following problems:
- It may be not notable(not sure about this after searching, but it was deleted because of notability last time it was sent to AFD)
- It was never sourced well.
- There seems to be no interest in maintaining this article.
- It is currently structured like an instruction manual. Lurking shadow (talk) 09:05, 15 August 2019 (UTC)

Merge/Redirect to List of .NET libraries and frameworks where it is already listed. Not to say it isn't notable but I cannot find extensive third-party sources providing significant coverage indicating notability. The maintenance concern in the nom is not particular relevant for AfD but WP:NOTHOWTO is relevant here. Polyamorph (talk) 14:39, 15 August 2019 (UTC)
- Redirect to List of .NET libraries and frameworks with minimal merging. This AfD seems to be well-thought. My attempt to find anything about this subject was fruitless. I found a book on Amazon, but it was a copy of the Wikipedia article. So far, the only other option to deletion is giving it away to some other website that specializes in this material.
