Not sure about this one - I'm hampered by my lack of understanding of the subject. But checking on the sparse sources, refs #1 & #2 appear to be for general concepts, not the article subject; #3 at least has some apparent relation. The body of the article is a how-to for coding specific algorithms, unsourced. Overall, I'd consider this OR / HOWTO with some hooks to existing terms, but not in a form suitable for an article. - Theoretical computing-savvy editors please assess.
