UPP Group Holdings Limited, also known as University Partnerships Programme (UPP), is a real estate investment trust and landlord that is a provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure in the United Kingdom. UPP has more than 35,000 rooms in operation or under construction through long-term agreements with 15 universities.[1][2]

The company sponsors a related foundation, UPP Foundation.
