The 2019 Johan Cruyff Shield will be the twenty-fourth Johan Cruyff Shield (Template:Lang-nl), an annual Dutch football match played between the winners of the previous season's Eredivisie and KNVB Cup. The match will be contested by Ajax, as both the 2018–19 Eredivisie champions[1] and the 2018–19 KNVB Cup winners[2] and PSV as runners-up of the Eredivisie. The match will be held at the Johan Cruyff Arena, Amsterdam, home of the Eredivisie champions Ajax.
