• Delete, possibly speedily if it's just a recreation of the page that went before (can somebody check?). This is one of those cases where the title sounds like it's referring to something much more general than what the article is actually talking about, so the article is essentially squatting on a title.   • The draft created in December 2017 is essentially the same as the version that was deleted from the AfD in August 2016. You can see the changes since then, but they appear more or less cosmetic (cleaning up badly worded text without adding actual new content) to me. —David Eppstein (talk) 01:07, 17 May 2019 (UTC)
