Compatibility testing
Appearance
The ISO 25010 standard[1] (System and Software Quality Models) defines compatibility as a characteristic/degree to which a software system can exchange information with other systems whilst sharing the same software and hardware.
Compatibility testing is a part of software non-functional testing conducted on the application to ensure the applications compatibility with different computing environment.[2][3]
