"Degausser" is a song off Brand New's 2006 album The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me. It is track 4 on the album. The song wasn't available on the original leaked demos. It is now available for streaming on their purevolume.
Live performance
"Degausser" was played extensively during Brand New's 2006 tour, including their support with Dashboard Confessional, under the title, "Take Apart Your Head." The first single off the album was originally going to be this song, but was later changed in favor of "Sowing Season."
In an interview with the band's street team, Lacey stated that "Degausser" was his favorite track to play live from the new album, The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me.
