Cyanoderma is a genus of passerine birds in the Timaliidae family. The genus was proposed by Tommaso Salvadori in 1874 for babblers with slender and pointed beaks.[1] It contains the following babbler species:[2]
- Rufous-fronted babbler C. rufifrons
- Rufous-capped babbler C. ruficeps
- Black-chinned babbler C. pyrrhops
- Golden babbler C. chrysaea
- Chestnut-winged babbler C. erythropterum
- Crescent-chested babbler C. melanothorax
- Grey-hooded babbler C. bicolor
Deignan's babbler is treated here as conspecific with the rufous-fronted babbler.
