The Recife Center for Advanced Studies and Systems, or C.E.S.A.R (which is an abbreviation for its corresponding Portuguese name), is a Brazilian private innovation institute located in the state of Pernambuco.[citation needed] Founded in 1996, C.E.S.A.R currently is part of Porto Digital.[citation needed]
