Unlikely to be free. Originally uploaded as pd-self and stated to be the uploader's own work,[1] but when I asked the uploader the response was silence. Instead he changed the license and and added http://www.bestwap.in (an mp3 sharing site) as the source. According to Soch Na Sake the song is from a film, so it's more than likely that the copyright owner is someone else but it's definitely not the uploader. AussieLegend (✉) 19:28, 8 March 2019 (UTC)
