Polyamorph, The Alert (TA15-314A) at https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/alerts/TA15-314A is from US-CERT which is part of the Department of Homeland Security of United States, which releases alert under the public domain in the United States. This is therefore a non-issue considering the location of Wikimedia Foundation.

- Just because it's open source, doesn't mean you can close paraphrase, it's always good practice to write an original piece rather than copying a source. Anyway, I suggest some cleanup / re-writing. Polyamorph (talk) 09:17, 22 February 2019 (UTC)
