1.What else could be improved?
The aticle about work-family conflict mentioned that female workers experience higher work-family conflict than male workers since female workers generally take much more responsibility in family. However, study of Grönlund and Öun [1](2018) suggested the reason that women tend to face higher level of work-family conflict than men is that women have lower control over work and schedule than men. Citation and view from the study could be add on to this article.
