Bio

I'm a first-year student at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. I'm studying Computer Science and Linguistics (dual degree), probably with emphasis on Natural Language Processing. My minor is German.

My interests within the field of Linguistics include NLP, syntax, and Second Language Acquisition. I am also interested in phonetics and phonology to the extent that they can help me learn languages.

I've been studying German for years now, and I'm eventually going to begin studying Czech in earnest. At the moment I'm concentrating on polishing my German, as I'll be working in Germany this entire summer.
