Fragile Project Management The Fragile methodogoly was developed to replace frameworks that are cumbersome and widely misunderstood. It was concieved with the common person in mind removing all of the common bloat from programs of work, allowing a fast turn around, lateral methods of percieved control and minimal reporting effort with extensive use of butchers paper and whiteboards being the fundamental principle.
