Diodgriafel ... Diodgriafel is a traditional welsh drink made from fermented rowan (mountain ash) Sorbus aucuparia berries.Rowan

The Drink is prepared by making a mush from the berries, and pouring water on the resulting paste. this can be left to ferment for a while and then drunk.
