library for the protocol

Hello,

I wrote a library to interface with vehicles which uses the Keyword Protocol 2000. I can't add it to wikipedia directly since I would have "conflict of interest" (really it is free and open source so i don't get a penny). I will leave the link here so if one of the editor/moderator would like to add he could do it with more freedom
