Japalura vela or Sail Mountain Lizard is a species of lizard native to Southern Asia.[1] It can be found in Tibet and the Yunnan province of China at elevations of 2370 meters.[2]

Description

Adult males are territorial and can often be seen basking on rocks.[3]
