Captain Roderick Hall was an American agent of the Office of Strategic Services during World War II. Hall was captured during a mission behind enemy lines in northern Italy in 1944, having been betrayed by partisans and eventually executed by the SS. His murderers put on trial by a US military tribunal after the war and three of them sentenced to death and executed.
