Informatics Practices (IP) is a field of software-related study. The course mainly covers coding, software and networking concepts. This field is comparable to Computer science (CS), and lacks the hardware concepts, while focusing more on networking concepts than CS. This branch, of information science and of computer science, mainly focuses on the study of information processing, particularly with respect to systems integration and human interactions with machine and data.
