Nominator's rationale: merge per WP:OVERLAPCAT, the articles of this category (not the subcat) contain early modern and modern West Frisians while they were concentrated in the nearly mono-ethnic province of Friesland. When merged, the subcategory should be removed from this category (it could still be linked with a See also note). Marcocapelle (talk) 09:08, 4 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
