DOTO Database is a online portal having data related to hate-crimes in India. This website was launched in 7 March 2018 at Constitution Club of India, New Delhi. At the inauguration ceremony many distinguish guests were present there to name a few Ram Punyani, Teesta Setalvad, Zafar ul Islam Khan, John Dayal and many other social activists were present there.[1]

Documentation of the oppressed is an independent, non-profit documentation center based in New Delhi. It is is run by a large network of civil society organizations both at the national and at the grasroot level.

Doto Database functions both as a tracker of violence, and a site for in-depth narratives. The database mixes a crowd-sourcing model with its own investigative and editorial teams.[2]
