We should have a few strategies in place:

Phase 1: Categorisation and structure

We have a list of articles at Wikipedia:Free On-line Dictionary of Computing/symbols - B that should give us plenty of articles to work on to help tighten up our structure. We need to make sure that our structure is not missing any fields on computing. See Wikipedia:WikiProject Computers#Structure.
There is also a category of computer stubs: see Category:Computer stubs. There are also sub-categories in this.
Another source of articles is at Category:Computing. This may also help us get our structure.

Phase 2: Create subpages of areas

We should create subpages from the main Wikiproject for each of the areas we choose so we can work out structure, etc.
Each subpage should have it's own categorisation in phases, in much the same way we have here.

Phase 3: Determine sources of information
Phase 4: Create templates

There is already a stub template Template:Compu-stub.
Info-box templates should be created for each of the areas we choose
