Spring Hill Library is a red brick and terracotta Victorian building in Ladywood, Birmingham, England.

Designed in 1891 by Martin & Chamberlain with a 65 foot clock tower on the corner of Icknield Street and Spring Hill and opened on January 7th 1893 it now stands next to a roundabout and surrounded by flattened ground where once it was attached to buildings.

Still in use as a Birmingham branch library, it is a grade II* listed building.
