So you want to be an admin? Here's my criteria for supporting (this may change):

  • Extended confirmed
  • On for at least 1 year
  • Knows what they're doing
  • No concerning blocks, warnings, contribs
  • Good understanding of policies and guidelines

RfA is a terrible process because it's so hard to pass. Jimbo said "adminship isn't a big deal", but RfA has become one. Let's change that.
