Assualt course

An assault course is a physical challenging course of obstacles also know as an obstacle course for obvious reasons.Courses vary in length and physical requirement but work around similar obstacles just of different difficulties such as: walls(anything from 6 to 30 feet)

rope swings

narrow walkways(often elevated above ground to build confidence)

pitts(jump pitts)

cargo nets

rope walkways

monkey bars

stepping stones

bridges(rope or plank)

The idea behind assault courses is to build confidence and is mainly used in the training of soldiers or service men and women.High rope courses are one of many forms of assault course in which ropes are arrange in such a way a course can be completed without touching the floor given suffient effort.
