If Donald Trump logged on to Wikipedia and wrote that invasions and "Fire and Fury" are to deliver freedom and happiness, what purpose would it serve to assume his good faith?

If you find yourself unable to assume good faith about another user's actions, then at least don't assume bad faith. You can still give the benefit of the doubt by simply not assuming, one way or another.[1]

  1. ^ And don't forget; Assuming is making an ass out of you and me!
