So you want to be an admin? Here's my criteria for supporting (this may change):
- Extended confirmed
- On for 1 year
- Knows what they're doing
- No concerning blocks, warnings, contribs
RFA is a terrible process because it's so hard to pass. Jimbo said "adminship isn't a big deal", but RFA has become one. Let's change that.
