Abdelaziz Bougja (born +++, +++) is the current President of Rugby Africa, the administrative body for rugby union in Africa. He is a French citizen of Moroccan descent, who has been living in France for more than 30 years. He is member of the World Rugby Audit & Risk and Regulations committees and a member of the Royal Moroccan Rugby Federation (FRMR). Bougja is also the current Vice-president of the French Association of Travel Management (Template:Lang-fr), the first French organization that represents corporate travel managers.[1][2]
Following a World Rugby Council vote for hosting the 2023 Rugby World Cup, Bougja did not paint a picture of harmonious relationship between his organisation and South Africa Rugby.[3][4][5][6]
