Trust

Candidates must have the trust of the community. They are commonly well-mannered, show good judgement, and ideally have a clean block log, or at least one that has been clean for over a year.

Experience

Successful candidates usually have thousands of edits and plenty of experience, including in one or two areas where they are ready to use the administrator tools.
