Brian A. Sayrs is a member of the Liberty Lake City Council, on the Board of Directors for the Spokane Transit Authority and Vice Chair of the Spokane Regional Transportation Council. He serves as a member of the Liberty Lake Council's Community Development Committee, and Vice Chair of the Spokane Regional Light Rail Steering Committee.

He is a software engineer specializing in database design and interfaces for small companies. He is also an expert at software image manipulation. He is currently working on a distributed data storage system.
