The Logistic Support Department of the Central Military Commission [1] (Chinese: 中央军事委员会后勤保障部) is the chief organ under the Central Military Commission of the People's Republic of China. It was founded on January 11, 2016 under Xi Jinping's military reforms.[2] The Department continues to organize and lead the logistics construction and oversees housing, supplies, hospitals, and barracks of the People's Liberation Army. Its frist current director is Gen. Zhao Keshi.
