User:Bibcode Bot/Cite arxiv
Currently the bot doesn't touch {{cite arxiv}}, since those may be used to specifically cite the arxiv preprint. Very often, the citation to the published journal is what is desirable over the preprint.

When querying the ADSABS database with |arxiv=/|eprint= from {{cite arXiv}}, if there is a DOI match, post a message on the talk page saying {{cite arXiv}} could be updated to a {{cite journal}}

If there is a bibcode match only [i.e. no DOI match], log the entry at '_Cite arxiv with bibcode matches.txt'. Once the run is done, post the log below, and clear the log.
