this page . While it is true that the first version of the article contained copyvio from this source, this doesn't mean the whole article should be deleted. Aside from a small section now removed, all the current contents of the article was not present in that version and was written by other editors, so we have no reason to think it's a copyright violation.
While the presence of copyvio in a load of revisions in the history might be grounds for revision deletion under WP:RD1 the whole page does not qualify for deletion, and I don't think an RD1 deletion is a particularly good idea here given the age of the article, the number of revisions involved, and the small quantity of text.
